We encourage our people to never stop learning. We offer endless opportunities to help them grow including our unique seminar program. We believe that our team is worth the investment and want to celebrate their achievements. When you grow, we grow.

We often work with groups that offer aid to people with terminal illnesses, support women who are in abusive situations, and rally with the community after natural disasters.

We don’t believe in just writing words because they look nice on paper. We believe in going the extra kilometer for what we believe, even if it’s uncomfortable. We encourage our people to use their voice for what they believe in, take a stand, and make the world a better place.

I started at the company back in 2015 working as a barista in a small neighborhood café and nothing foreshadowed this development! For Nikos and George, of course, the vision was clear, even if it seemed utopian at the time! I loved this vision and believed in it, aiming to be part of it. 8 years later as General Manager of the company, having evolved on a professional and personal level, the vision continues to grow as well as the passion for development; always guided by the values and beliefs that brought us here today. HACIENDA is an idea, it is evolution, it is a strength, but above all, it is a home and a family for anyone who chooses to join it.
