A good breakfast can be familiar favorite, reimagined, a recipe of some famous chef, or an experimentation in our kitchen. We thoughtfully craft every dish using creativity, passion, real food, and an abundance of flavor. If we had to classify ourselves… our main influence is Neo-American cuisine, but we don’t like to be put in one category.

Our Cretan cream cheese is sourced from Galeni, a family-owned business here in Heraklion that still utilizes traditional cheese making methods to keep the original taste.
We are particularly pleased that most of our herbs and spices come from the mountains of Crete and Northern Greece and we carefully select our Cretan virgin olive oil.
Our chickens and meats are fresh Greek and our fruits and vegetables are always fresh.
