The 2nd Hacienda location came as a natural growth process. We simply needed more space. We worked hard to keep the essence of the original location and infused elements of wood and green throughout to inspire the same feelings as the original.
Alongside the 2nd Hacienda, we created our bakehouse with the help of well-known Pastry Chef Dimitris Chronopoulos, who guided our own pastry chef, Michalis Tzortzakis.
